Philippines GMA7 Pinoy MD visits DA Plastic Surgery


On November 27th, executive producers, TV show hosts, camera crew visited DA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology to do a feature on Korean medical tourism. 
They did a tour around the clinic and took various shots around the clinic, such as consultation rooms and exam rooms, doing a feature on new technologies that we have, such as 3D CT scan and 3D printers. 





Also Ms. Connie, who is the host, met with our chief director, Dr. Sang Woo, Lee and did an interview with him regarding the current situation of medical tourism in Korea and how the plastic surgery industry is changing. She also had a consultation with him regarding her facial features and what she needs get done to improve her features. 




Ms. Connie (the host) also received Doublo Lifting at our Dermatology Clinic. Doublo lifting is a non-invasive procedure which lifts the skin from the inside by using ultrasound waves. She was very satisfied with the treatment and you can check out her exclusive interview soon! (Watch this space!)

Cautions after Facial Contouring 1.      Posture 1)      Keep your head 20~30 degrees higher than the heart to quickly reduce facial swelling. Maintain this posture for 1 week. 2)      While sleeping, lying on your side can create too much pressure and cause problems so it is best to lie straight on your back. 2.      Dietary Instructions 1)      You can start taking sips of water first 6 hours after surgery and if you feel comfortable, you can start eating rice porridge, and soft bread, tofu, boiled eggs and finely diced foods. 2)      Please avoid dairy products and foods that contain large amount of fiber, as it may cause diarrhea. 3)      It is recommended to consume soft foods and liquids for 1 week after surgery and after 1 week you can consume regular meals. 4)      For 2 weeks, please avoid oily, spicy, salty foods and for 2 months, avoid hard and chewy foods (gum, rice cake, candy, nuts, etc.) and for those who have undergone cheekbone surgery, please
